Welcome to episode 36 of Inside The Line: The Catskills! In this episode, I have a great chat with Martin, the owner of Abandoned Hard Cider located in Woodstock, Red Hook and Kingston. Martin's business has a unique way that they make their delicious cider. As their name implies, they use abandoned apple trees in and around the Catskills for their products. We chat about his business, how it all got started and some of the different places that they have gathered their apples from. We also chat about the 7 year anniversary of prisoners escaping and fleeing to the Adirondacks, Martin's experience with a bear attack and a snippet about Martin's attempt at hiking across America.
