Meet your host
Stash isn’t just a hiker—he’s a true Catskills enthusiast. As a proud Catskill 3500 member (#2829), a dedicated SAR team member, and a former 2nd Vice President of the Catskill 3500 Club, his love for these mountains runs deep. Since 2015, he’s roamed the peaks, valleys, and hidden corners of the Catskills, always eager to explore more.
Beyond the trails, Stash has given back to the region through countless volunteer efforts—whether as a trailhead steward, tackling trail maintenance, or rolling up his sleeves for roadside and community cleanups. His heart belongs to the Catskills, but his adventurous spirit has also taken him to wild places across the U.S. Through this podcast, he brings his passion, experience, and a deep respect for the outdoors to every episode.

Meet your co-host!
Tad is just a normal dude on the outside, but on the inside, he has this crazy plot twist: Tad loves to explore the unknown of the Catskills. Whether it's taking some drainage from the southern side of Sugarloaf or exploring some of the most remote places of the Slide Mountain Wilderness, Tad has probably been there. Even though he loves being off trail, somehow you'll meet him either at the summit or at a viewpoint. The next best place to find him is here on the podcast, telling his amazing stories of his adventures.
