Jonathan is a Massachusetts Audubon Certified Field Naturalist and has been exploring and foraging throughout the Catskills for more than 40 years. We chat about his passion for fungi, what keeps drawing him back to the Catskills, and some of the incredible things you can discover when you slow down and start looking beneath the forest canopy. We also talk about a memorial for the legendary mountain lion P-22 in Los Angeles, the Windham Board approving a new addition to the area’s luxury hotel scene, and the DEC spending money on… well, stuff we already know.
