Episode 245 - Ellen from Ravensbeard Wildlife Center

Welcome to episode 245! This week, Ellen Kalish from the Ravensbeard Wildlife Center joins us to talk about the incredible work they do rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for wildlife, with a special focus on our feathered friends. Ellen takes us behind the scenes of what it takes to rehabilitate injured birds, the challenges they face, and how we, as a Catskill community, can help support their mission and protect the wildlife around us. We also get into the latest wildfire news and stir up a little discussion about the ongoing drama surrounding the proposed Zena development in Woodstock. Make sure to subscribe on your favorite platform, share the show, donate if you feel like it… or just keep tuning in. I'm just grateful you're here. And as always... VOLUNTEER!!!!
